I and my family had planned to visit Playa del Carmen for 5 nights. We wanted to keep the budget to the minimum but at the same time did not want to compromise on quality. We checked online for hotels which offered discounts on the room rates and found La Tortuga hotel website http://www.hotellatortuga.com. They were offering us a 10% discount on our stay there which was substantial and much higher than what other hotels were offering. On reaching there, we were surprised to see a really well maintained hotel. The rooms and other services were up to the mark. They had not compromised on other aspects even when they had offered a good discount. They also gave us complimentary breakfast. The food was really appetizing. When we wanted to visit the beach they offered us beach towels and informed us that they had a beach club called Mamitas which will provide us with everything that we need on the beach. All of us had a great time there.
